		<description>Another way would be to give you a quota and you pay for that, if you need more than your quota you pay a lot more (and hopefully that will encourage people to get tanks). It is ridiculous that I see advertising of dishwashers saying they use 50 litres per wash. We don&#039;t have a dishwasher and I refuse to get one and probably use less than 10 litres a wash.</description>

		<description>I totally agree with you on the way water restrictions are set up! I think there are much better ways of doing things, for example setting the price for water in a way that would encourage people to think carefully about how they use this precious resource. I could imagine a system whereby a certain amount of water per person per household is priced at a reasonable level, with a steep price increase for water usage beyond that. That way people would be free to choose how they want to use their water, whether they want to waste it under the shower or whether they may want to grow their own food.</description>
